            Judge Katharine S. Hayden of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey denies Sylvester Stallone's motion to dismiss the complaint filed by Chuck Wepner.  Wepner's complaint alleges that Stallone violated Wepner's right of publicity based upon Stallone's alleged unauthorized use of Wepner's name in connection with the Rocky franchise.[[Order and Decision]].
