                G. Mango is a partner in the firm of Mango & Iacoviello,
LLP. He represents corporations in business related matters, including
deal negotiations, drafting contracts, advisement on legal issues
related to operations, and corporate litigation.  Mr. Mango also
represents employers and employees in employment law matters,
including all types of employment discrimination, severance package
negotiations, and related matters.  Additionally, Mr. Mango represents
both brokers and investors in securities arbitration matters before
the New York Stock Exchange and the NASD. Mr. Mango also works
on real estate matters, both residential and commercial, including
long-term lease negotiations for commercial space in New York
                City.
              Mr.
Mango is a frequent lecturer as part of St. John’s University
School of Law’s continuing legal education program.  This program
is presented bi-annually at St. John’s, where Mr. Mango lectures
on the subject of employment litigation.  Mr. Mango has taken
part in topical discussions on employment issues.  Mr. Mango was
a panelist in an on-line discussion sponsored by Counsel Connect,
entitled Texaco and the Science of Shredding, the transcript
of which was published in the Legal Times (December 9, 1996).
The discussion focused on the issues arising out of an employer’s
destruction of documents prepared in the course of business, which
could prove relevant in subsequent employment litigation.
              Mr.
Mango is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America
                (ATLA); New York State Bar Association (Labor and Employment);
